Overview
A Tube Sheet Flange (Tubesheet) is a critical component used in shell-and-tube heat exchangers, boilers and pressure vessels. It is a thick, circular forged plate integrated with a flange rim, serving dual purposes: structurally supporting a bundle of tubes and acting as a pressure-containing seal to isolate tube-side and shell-side fluids.
